- 1000g of (53% or higher recommended) black dark chocolate
- 500g of UHT heavy cream
- 500g of non-UHT heavy cream
- one 8'' black chocolate sponge cake
You can find dark chocolate anywhere. The chocolate I use looks like this:

Incidentally a black sponge cake is quite a bit of work to make. Therefore I recommend buying them ready-made at a bakery. Here's what a raw chocolate sponge cake looks like:

They are so common that you won't have difficulty finding them ready-made. However if you cannot find them or are too lazy to get them then you don't need sponge cake! Simply pour the chocolate mousse into small cups and sit them in your fridge and you are done.
