注意，只有在官網訂購的商品才有此保證，你在其他通路購買的話，就不一定有此保證，例如 2020/4/16 預購的 iPhone SE 2020 (有些人稱之為 iPhone SE 2)，在其他通路也有販售，其中一家通路就說，當商品上網後就會啟動保固機制，固無法退貨。所以在官網訂購最有保障。

Q: Can I return an Apple iPhone even if it's been connected to the Internet or signed in to your Apple ID account?
A: A lot of people want to know the answer to this question but not many do. That's why on 2020/4/22 I contacted Apple Support and got this response from them:
Any product you order on Apple's official website comes with a 14-day money back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied, simply return the product and we'll give you your money back, even if your iPhone has been connected to the Internet or signed in to your Apple ID account.
One caveat is this guarantee only applies to the merchandise you order on Apple's official site. If you order from somewhere else you may not get the full guarantee. So watch out for that.
