Amazon I'd like to share my personal experiences with you. I used to fear cold very much. My resistance to cold was very low and I usually needed to bundle up whenever the weather was cold. Then I set off to do something that totally changes all that..
In August 2012
I bought a book that teaches you how to work out. This book is written by a Korean fitness trainer. Below is a photo of the workout routine included in the book:
I began to do this exercise for at least one hour a day, at least four times a week. The exercise I did is marked 'Step 1' on the workout guide above. I did this workout routine for three months straight. Usually I begin to sweat when I am five minutes into the workout. Guess what happened at the end of November 2012?
I am NO LONGER afraid of cold!
Starting at the end of November 2012 the weather began to turn cool and I noticed many people on the street were wearing jackets and even peacoats while I was wearing a short sleeve t-shirt or a shirt. That's when I suddenly realized my resistance to cold has been built up by exercising and working out!
If you have a low resistance to cold like I used to please set up the following goal as soon as you can:
Exercise time: one hour
Exercise frequency: four times a week
Total exercise period: three months
I am sure whatever exercise you do it'll ALWAYS help. In my case the workout I do includes both cardio and aerobic exercise and weight training. If you are not looking to gain muscles feel free to do cardio exercise alone.
One key is you need to SWEAT and pump up your heart rate! If you are doing something very light the effectiveness will decrease and you won't get as much return as if you are doing something more strenuous and tiring.
YOU CAN DO IT!
If you have any questions let me know and I will do my best to help you!
